HTTP 413·Uploading a file
What it means
What happened
filebin.ca could not accept the upload because the request was larger than this service allows.
Why
Why it might have happened
- The selected file may be over the anonymous 10 MB upload limit.
- A browser, proxy, or API client may have added enough extra data to push the request over the limit.
- Signed-in and API-key uploads can have higher limits, but still cannot exceed the active account tier.
Next steps
What you can try
- Choose a smaller file or compress it before uploading.
- Sign in if you need the higher account upload tier.
- If you are using the API, send one file per request and keep it below the limit shown in the docs.
